Creator

The absolutely first efficient cause of all that exists apart from itself; the agent whose action is creation, i.e., God.  The divine name “Creator” is a subordinate divine name, only applying to God on the presupposition that created beings do exist.  Sometimes, the name is used solely to refer to his causal action in the order of nature.
